For the final term Year 6 will continue to produce examples of writing which demonstrates key skills expected of Year 6 pupils.

Class 9 will continue to read their class text ‘Time travelling with a hamster’ by Ross Welford.

Children will be covering the performance objectives of the English national curriculum in reading and speaking and listening through rehearsals and production of ‘Grease’.

Having covered all of the learning objectives of the Year 6 maths curriculum we will be encouraging pupils to revisit areas they found challenging to ensure they feel confident using a range of strategies to enable success as they transfer in to Year 7.

Please remember, all children should know their multiplication and division facts up to 12 x 12.
